QUALITY CONTROL AND TESTING

With our ISO 9001-2015 certification, we hold a strong qc record of every fitting and part we manufacture. We only use premium European plates, pipes and flanges to provide you with a quality you can rely on. We have an excellent documentation and material identification and tracking systems to give ourselves and you peace of mind and to ensure you receive compliant products. All our welders are multi-qualified and certified to weld multiple materials through several WPSs.   

We continuously involve third party non-destructive examination (NDE) providers as a part of our daily routine, to provide you with best practice and documentation. Our weld joints are all tested by means of radiography, MPI., UT., PT. and hardness testing in order to ensure your fittings are of the best quality and most desired toughness.

All our fittings are pressure tested in-house prior to dispatch from our factory to your desired design and testing pressures. All pressure testing is pressure recorded using chart recorders complemented with hydrotesting reports. We facilitate live video streaming for overseas clients who would like to witness hydrotesting from the comfort of their office.

We apply heat treatment according to your requirement and as per common design codes to ensure the weld areas and heat affected zones are completely stress relieved. All fittings and parts are dispatched with well documented qc packages including applied processes and materials’ MTCs.
